Last updated: 2026-08-14 1. Our aim. Reelynth is built to be available around the clock, and we work to keep it that way with commercially reasonable effort. 2. The honest dependency. Generations run on third-party model providers (Veo, Sora, Kling and others). When a provider degrades, that model may slow down or pause on Reelynth too — we cannot promise a fixed uptime percentage on their behalf. 3. The built-in remedy. Any generation that fails is refunded to your credit balance automatically. You never pay for downtime. 4. Maintenance. Planned maintenance is kept short and scheduled for low-traffic hours whenever possible. 5. Support. [email protected] answers within one business day. If the service is unavailable for an extended period, unused purchased credits remain refundable under the Refunds Policy.
